Best of India Short Film Festival 2022

2022 marked the fifth edition of the Best of India Short Film Festival by ShortsTV!
We received over 2,000 entries and were thrilled to award three amazing short films the prize of a theatrical screening in Los Angeles, which qualified them to be considered for an Oscar nomination.
The winning short films were:
- ‘Zibah’, by Arunjit Borah
- 7 Star Dinosor Entertainment, by Vaishali Naik
- Dal Bhat, by Nemil Shah
A screening of the winning films was hosted by ShortsTV at Soho House Mumbai and attended by the filmmakers, including ‘Zibah’ stars Helly Shah and Barkha Bisht.
ShortsTV also hosted a special Twitter Spaces event with ‘Zibah’ director, Arunjit Borah, and actress Helly Shah, which you can listen to here.
